Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is wonderfully situated close to downtown, just a couple of minutes away by car, making it convenient for exploring the area. The service was exceptional with a helpful staff always ready to assist, and the grocery shopping service was a nice touch. The location on the maze inside the city adds to its charm, although being farther from restaurants and bars could be a downside for some. The dining experience, especially the miso soup, was outstanding, offering a taste of local flavors. The facilities, while decent, might need a bit of an upgrade to enhance the overall guest experience.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! The rooms were newly remodeled with nice finishes, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the views. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was so convenient. The service was top-notch, especially with the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities available. The location was perfect, being close enough to walk to the plaza and very close to downtown Paso Robles, allowing me to explore everything Paso is known for. The dining experience, with Sicilian products served, was a delightful culinary journey. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some lacked a balcony and the ones without a fridge and microwave might be inconvenient. The staff provided a good service, yet additional services like grocery shopping and laundry would have been appreciated. The location was convenient, especially for the Mid-State fair, but being basically across the railroad tracks can be noisy. The dining, while included, could be better with a more varied menu. The facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
